Refund Policy

Imphenzia Pty Ltd (“Imphenzia”) provides digital products, sound effects, music, game assets, tools, and workshop materials. Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be provided.


Digital Products (Game Assets, Sound Effects, Music, Tools, Add‑ons)

All digital product sales are final and non‑refundable.

Digital files cannot be returned or verified as unused. For this reason, refunds are not provided for:

  • change of mind
  • accidental purchases
  • purchasing the wrong product
  • incompatibility with your workflow, engine, or software
  • deciding the product is no longer needed
  • misunderstanding of product features

If a digital product is defective or not as described, Imphenzia will work with you to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Workshops

Live workshop registrations are non-refundable once the workshop begins or once workshop materials have been accessed.

Live workshops include limited seats, instructor time, downloadable materials, and community access. Because these resources cannot be returned or reversed, refunds cannot be provided after the workshop has started.

Refunds Before a Workshop Begins

You may request a refund until the day before the workshop start date. After this point, your seat is reserved and cannot be reallocated.


Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact support and a refund for the duplicate purchase will be issued.


Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • revocation of product access
  • revocation of workshop access
  • termination of your Imphenzia account
  • license invalidation
